Having used it for some weeks it's a disappointment. Not the music, which is great when paired with my IE900s, but the interface. Constantly stalling and needing restarting. For an expensive piece of kit, the UI is prehistoric.

No @nephilim32 ... I have all my files in the Downloaded category, and Tidal settings direct downloads to the SanDisk. When I go into Downloaded to play, only Playlists playback when I'm not connected to wireless. For some reason Albums won't play, it says I need a connection

@JasonNYC ... I subscribe to Tidal premium and stream when I'm near good wireless. When I'm travelling, I listen offline to the music on the Sandisk. This worked fine on my DX240 iBasso. On my new Kann Max only playlists work and not albums. It's very weird.

I download my music to a SanDisk Extreme card on my player in order I can listen when I'm offline on my commute. For some reason all the Playlists I have downloaded play with no problem. But Albums will not play, I get No Connection. Tap to Refresh. What is the issue? - they are both downloaded...
