With the Kann maxx audio player, when you turn the volume wheel, you only hear clicking noises on the right side (at low volume) Can anyone confirm that.
I believe it means those songs are ready for volume leveling using the Replay Gain. Can someone explain what is the green note icon for? It is not the now playing song and it appears randomly to more than one song simultaneously.
Check the manual and I think you will find there is a lock on the taskbar menu which will accomplish this.I wish though, that there was option an for locking buttons and volume wheel, while screen is off.
Is it expected to be soon?Any timeline when is the new FW coming out to fix Wifi issue and support for Roon ?
Yes it is. It is only for volume wheel , but that is the more important for me to avoid accidental volume up. Thanks for that.Check the manual and I think you will find there is a lock on the taskbar menu which will accomplish this.
I see.I believe it means those songs are ready for volume leveling using the Replay Gain.
@JasonNYC can chime in, but all of the many DAPs I have used for the past couple of years have gotten really warm to the touch. I haven't felt the need to remove the case. I generally use high gain, for preferred dynamics, and usually somewhere round 50% volume, which would actually be 75 on the volume indicator.
Could you please provide more information? I assume you are referring to music you downloaded from a streaming service and not music that you own and downloaded to the card from your computer?I download my music to a SanDisk Extreme card on my player in order I can listen when I'm offline on my commute. For some reason all the Playlists I have downloaded play with no problem. But Albums will not play, I get No Connection. Tap to Refresh. What is the issue? - they are both downloaded in exactly the same way.
Any ideas, please? Without the ability to play offline, it's a very expensive paperweight.

@JasonNYC ... I subscribe to Tidal premium and stream when I'm near good wireless. When I'm travelling, I listen offline to the music on the Sandisk. This worked fine on my DX240 iBasso. On my new Kann Max only playlists work and not albums. It's very weird.Could you please provide more information? So you are saying the downloaded files off tidal ripped onto an SD Card (sandisk) doesn’t work in the artist selection playback heading ?@JasonNYC ... That is a strange one. Some weird metadata issue possibly? I have no idea why rust would be.No @nephilim32 ... I have all my files in the Downloaded category, and Tidal settings direct downloads to the SanDisk. When I go into Downloaded to play, only Playlists playback when I'm not connected to wireless. For some reason Albums won't play, it says I need a connection
