Updated firmware on my AK Kann Max to 1.22 and LED indicator stays Red when playing master files.
In the past, the LED indicator would turn blue. Now it just stays red. Anyone else experiencing this?

Hi. I apologize. I see your point now. I just run local files on SD cards and seldomly use Apple Music. Both red and green show up on the LED wheel no problem. Blue ? Not so much. Even if I’m using or hearing an MQA file.

Is this with the full Tidal app or the embedded app. We have a known issue with the full Tidal app installed via the download tab and are currently working with Tidal on the issue. Will share more info once it is available.

With the full Tidal app. This issue seems to be limited to Tidal as I've loaded known hi-res local files and I am getting the correct colors.

Has anyone had an issue on the unbalanced 3.5mm output where if you pause a track, after about 5-6 seconds there is a strange static noise for about 3-4seconds? Only happens on the 3.5mm unbalanced output

I did the last update and I didn't like the sound, it increased the bass a lot and the sound started to distort a lot on larger headphones. Is there a way to downgrade?

Good afternoon, there's nothing wrong, I'm sorry, I didn't use Kann for many weeks, I did the update and then the sound was really terrible... But everything is now ok, thanks to the Good Lord, because this Dap is sound that shorter. Thanks

How do you get rid of the “back” button in services? I’ve removed it from the A&K player, but when I go into Spotify and Qobuz it’s in the way. It’s not necessary as one can just swipe up to exit the service.

I just picked one up, while my sp2000 gets serviced. I’d say it does. The dac chip and the powerful amp, make this a good choice for those genres in my opinion, I gave my Viking Ragnars a spin on them, tomb mold, liturgy. Latest Metallica Hendrix. All very dynamic and quick enough to keep up.. impressive, this cost 1/3 price of sp2000. And the storage and portability of it make this dap one of their best ever
