what is the point of making extreemly high impedence headphones (such as the hd600's) from what i have heard, there is no difference, the ER4p and ER4s are the same headphone except the 4p's have less impedence, this doesn't make sense to me, please explain. thanks

I'm building a CMOY and for a case i am using a metal candy tin. anyone have any ideas how to secure the PCB so it doesn't create a short circuit with the case? i don't want to drill any more holes for screws into the case so PCB stints are out. Any help greatly appreciated
