Does your usb-c cable have any movement in the device?

I’ve recently picked up the go bar and have noticed that the usb-c connection using the supplied cable has some up and down movement within the device. I can rock the usb c connection up and down a few millimeters. Is this normal?

Thanks so much for the response. That did work the first time. Everything was working fine. Switched from my phone to the iBasso 320. My son asked a question and I pulled out the left earbud while it was playing to answer his question. The earbuds lost sync with the left earbud low volume again...

Damn. Took my left earbud to answer question #28 from my little adhd’r and the FoKus mystiques lost their sync to each other again. Left ear again is quiet when both buds are in the case the left earbud blinks. Tried the reset procedure again. This time it’s not working. I assume at this point...

Just in case the channel imbalance happens to anyone else with the mystique: noticed one of the lights was blinking, the other solid. Seems you need to reset the unblinking one first and then both together. They are synced again. Hoping I won’t experience this again or at least not often.

Tried connecting to my phone. I do have the current firmware. Worked for about 5 minutes and then the left side dropped in volume. When i put them in the case left bud light blinks. Right is solid. Can’t find any info via google.

I just picked up the Noble mystiques. First couple of listens sounded pretty good, however now there seems to be an I’m a volume imbalance. The left earphone is at a lower volume and seems a bit distorted. This seemed to have happened before as well but unpairing and repairing seemed to fix it...

Yeah, I am not so sure about the low error. When playing offline music I get multiple momentary gaps during playback and as you mentioned the tap to wake at least a couple times a week doesn't work. Or I have to try over and over to get it to open the Lock Screen. But the 320 sounds so good with...

How much noise is there when adjusting volume, inserting headphones and handling the device. I've got lots of "pinging" with the amp 13. I always feel like I have to adjust or move it like a sleeping baby.
