Chibs is correct. Output from an iOS device is (unfortunately not terribly successfully) upscaled by the AM app to the maximum your connected DAC can handle so will not be bit perfect. Best to use a WiiM device where it will be bit perfect and the music can either be controlled by the WiiM app...
