Let me try again, on behalf of the poor SR25 owners who live in the UK. I asked this question before, but got no answer... BBC Music has been discontinued and replaced by BBC Sounds months ago. BBC Music was supported, BBC Sounds IS NOT YET (go figure...) Any plans by AK to allow us to use BBC...

Actually after some more testing ignore my previous post. It is still dropping the connection, although not as frequently as before. Oh well, no Qobuz then :wink:

Just updated my SR25 - interestingly enough among the "operational stability improvements" they seem to have fix the wi-fi instability issues that prevented me to stream from Qobuz :-) While before it stopped after 4-5 minutes, it is now going on for 30 minutes already. Will test AK Connect also...

Thanks - I had actually not tried that before.... Unfortunately, still the same problem. Streams for 5-7 minutes, disconnects from the network, you wake its screen by pressing the power button, automatically reconnects...

Thanks, did it - no success - it provided me the choice of Channel 1, 6, 11 - same result - streams max 5-7 minutes. And I have to say the device (or hub) seems to be smart enough for all the remaining devices I have connected to it, for months... Except the SR25 for the last two weeks :)

Yes, it was fixed at Channel 1, after it was selected as the optimal by the hub.

Thanks - I was getting crazy trying to sort it out, port forwarding, disabling firewalls, nothing worked, changing wi-fi modes :-) Hopefully they will sort it out in some firmware upgrade - hopefully... There is someone from A&K in this forum - he/she is extremely silent on this...

Still struggling with my Wi-Fi connection and the AK25. If I connect it to my home wi-fi (BT) it is stable for maximum 7 minutes then the player stops (I am trying with Qobuz). And the connection drops. I have to turn the screen on and press play, then it reconnects... for another 7 minutes...

And a separate one. BBC Iplayer is one of the whitelisted apps, works well, but it is being discontinued by early next month, and replaced by BBC Sounds - which is not whitelisted - tried to reinstall, but logically can't. A&K, any time frame to whitelist the replacement BBC Sounds app?
