Does someone know how the built in EQ works? AFAIK when enabling an EQ the volume needs to be reduced to have enough headroom, so it won't clip. But when I enable the EQ on the M15S the volume stays the same?

I just checked your Flir pictures. Does your unit still measure around 40°C on the display after the firmware update? I have approx. 38°C on the display at 24°C ambient, and the battery runs at approx. 46°C.

Thanks for the info, I am on 1.05. On the other demo unit I had, V1.05 was already installed, and it was reseted when I received it. Same behavior. But I will try a reset maybe it helps.

I have a fan on top of the grill and pull the hot air out. Works great, it is a 12V fan running at 5 V and not audible. The case just needs a bit of forced airflow and all is good.

I think it is a bit different, at least the cable. The FD7 has pure silver cable, and the FDX gold/silver/copper. I have the FDX and bought the pure silver cable, it sounds brighter.
