Looking for next headphone after the nighthawks
Looking for recommendations for my next headphone. Been looking at the DT 900 Pro X and Harmonicdyne Zeus/Poseidon. Mostly care about good base and sound stage. As I listen to a lot of edm(trap) and play a lot of video games. I did really like the nighthawks, but the headband and cups are...- lycantivis

BLON BL-30 Review, impressions and discussion thread
This was my exact issue, the set I received even had the screw that connected the rod and the arch, which is just a torq screw not a rivet, was really loose. It allowed for that the arch to freely wobble all around. Seeing how they are giving a larger head band kind of makes me sad I returned...- lycantivis

Here is what I mean, see how they allowed to cant away from rod axis, my logic is if you fill in the space that allows for that to happen it would force them to cant inwards towards your head, creating actual clamp force. Its just about finding a way to do that.- lycantivis

Honestly I was thinking of filling in the space between rod and the washer on one side to force them to point inwards cause its that swivel point where its just flopping.- lycantivis

Monolith M1060C Closed Back Planar Headphones impressions
Context, I am a complete base head. Like I wanted that concert level punch in my ears. The 1060c do have base, just not the vibrate your head level I wanted. And also note my wants are hard to fill in general, I have gone through 2 more headphones since the 1060c, lol. I dont know how long...- lycantivis

there is a little leak because the foam creates a space between the cup and frame. It is not a complete seal, if sound leaking matters to you, its really not that much though. I do really like the 1060c for the fact to be able to easy convert it back and forth from open to back if that is what...- lycantivis
