question on two repairs. Internal wire and female 3.5mm socket
my first question is 1) where can i find 1mm 2 core wire to use in the internal headband of the headphones? I was able to find some on ebay that were meant for beats solo but that runs for $6-$8 for about 2 feet of wire which i think is a bit over priced. So I was hoping to find a cheaper...- aceofpilots

Need 28-30 AWG 2 core wire for inside of headphones. Can't find anywhere
I can't use regular stranded wire. The way the wire travels through the headphones and is constructed requires wire that is smaller than 1.5mm outer diameter (26 AWG). The original wire I believe is 30 AWG however i can use 28 AWG since it'd fit. 26 awg is too thick. Its gotta be a single...- aceofpilots

I'm open to suggestions but i'm considering buying my first serious pair of open ear headphones for $200 or less. I bought a pair of chi-fi SIVGA SV007 and those snapped on the headband so they're getting returned. Edit: also considering the 58x and 6xx from massdrop- aceofpilots
