Etys do not cancel much noise!!!

I bought 6is based on some suggestions that it provides "full isolation". However, the isolation is very limited. Any hints how to fit the IEMs in my ear canal so that they provide better isolation?

    Noise cancellation over sound quality?

    Noise cancellation over sound quality?

I am looking for headphones with the best (or almost the best) noise cancellation characteristics. The sound quality is less important. Any suggestions?
