Knowledge Zenith (KZ) impressions thread
a lot of lows, bright and crooked mids that clog the entire range up to highs. Why spend money on this at all? There are cheaper CCA with the same crooked sound. I do not understand such statements at all. Normal for this money. Or maybe not worth it at all? 50 bucks is 50 bucks I'm not rich...- maxifuny

Yanyin Discussion thread
I do not share the joy of owning Yanyin products. Of the positive, I note only a low-frequency speaker. I did not like the bright and at the same time failed middle at all. Gustard X16 MQA DAC
I have no difference in volume between RCA and XLR in H16. Perhaps this is such an implementation of a90- maxifuny

unfortunately, the correct implementations can be counted on one hand. If you don't like it, it may not be a DAC problem. I checked for 4493, the result is very positive.- maxifuny

Gustard X16 MQA DAC
I'm not surprised because the 38 and 68 models can work as a multi-bit DAC in NOS. AK4493, 95, for example, in Super Slow roll off mode, can work in the same way. note - the decline is very typical- maxifuny

Gustard X16 MQA DAC
Hmm, I apologize to some very sensitive owners, but I could not help but modify my C16. I hate opa1612, and gladly replaced them. Balance at opa1656 and single + opa2140. Now my DAC sounds even more attractive to me. Together with H16, this can be an endgame for many music lovers :o2smile:- maxifuny

is it possible to use Wima? - Yes. Is Wima capacity correct? - Not! It is important 470uF 10V ELNA or 100uF 16V Nichicon - for example. Not "nF" !- maxifuny

The 275 has pretty poor bass control. I would replace it with something faster. AD8620 or ADA4898-2- maxifuny
