All this will not help. There will be overheating. The battery will die quickly.
hey @maxifuny and @Merlin-PT thanks for your kind help

I think I will take off in an attempt to avoid any damage to the battery.

@Merlin-PT : I seek some products and find this or maybe this could help (taking the shanling m8 fabrication process)

@maxifuny I see some post of you suggesting to upgrade the LPF with some analog devices opamps, I do a little research and found this

so: if I understand the selection is based on the GBP and Vnoise right?

@londere
I think the problem will be to thermal insulate the battery without having the space to do it.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_thermal_conductivities

My first thought if I had to build this from scratch, was to switch the dac top to the outside case and use the metal case in contact with the DAC top, but then users would complain that the case burned them. So would have to take care to dissipate to all case area and not 1 spot. Would put the batt inside, between the 2 boards.

Probably the correct way is like some mobile phones dissipate the cpu/gpu heat, using the inside chassis as a big dissipator and not having the battery on top of the heat.

1) yes, but ADA4898-2 will be better
2) ок
3) yes
4) where exactly?
AD826 and 4898-2 is only in Mouser in my country. I have pair of AD8620 in my desk :)
On the left of the PCB where is biggest caps and implementation of 16V 220-470 I have 470 16V and 100, 220 too. But
It is possible to solder on the right 470 and left 220uF? There is not enough space to 2x 470 16V

I have a balanced cable, 2.5mm (sound)/3.5mm (ground) --> 2x XLR, and want to plug in my DSDs AK4499 2.5mm output to Cavalli Liquid Platinum XLR inputs.

From my understanding, DSDs AK4499 2.5mm out can be used (only) to feed a balanced amp.

If so, where should I plug in the 3.5mm grounding jack - into 3.5mm headphone out or into 3.5mm line-out ?

On the DSDs analog circuit boards, GND is GND, and it probably shouldn't make any difference - but since you're connecting a Line output signal, maybe try that one first.

In the block diagram of the DSD, it looks like the LM4562 op-amp that drives the 3.5mm output, is connected to an output of the LPF (in series), rather than being connected to the signal that drives the input of the LPF (in parallel).

Hello, I am sorry for interfering, but this topic is related to my question: I own a dual 4497 Zishan DSDs, and I wonder if I can replace lm4562 with something better without changing the circuit? The sound of lm4562 is imho very dry and sterile, and the soundstage /stereo width is no different from that of an iPhone. Thanks

Yes. The LM4562 is the op-amp that's in the socket - so it's very easy to swap, but it does have height restrictions (as far as trying to install discrete op-amps).
.
Note: If you've read all the thread posts, you'll know that you need to be careful removing / installing the circuit boards in the case - or the buttons will scrape & damage the screen.

No, I mean only the same shape op-amps, there is no room there for adapters, etc.

If you want to get an interesting sound, then I drew a mod.

I've got a AK4499 Pro version. Can someone list where to put some caps, at what voltage and uF if possible. I'm thinking of using 470uF 16V for everything. I might even fill the whole board with 20 of them. I just want the best out of it. Lol

Most recently, I showed a schematic of the 4499 modification.
