Yes you're right. I've only listened to the Grado SR325 and the RS1 for like 1-2 hours. I can't use open-back headphones at home cause I have a yakin' woman who sittin' just next to me... :) I have to crank up the volume to really get the guitars to shine. Will just give the headphones another...

Similar here. Currently enjoying music with the Audio-Technica M50, though I can't find adequate replacement pads that can keep the same SQ. That was actually the main reason to look for new headphones :)

Actually I was also shocked to see how long it takes to sell the first 250 units. Then again it's a lot of money and you can't return them in case you don't like em. Maybe that's the reason. I for myself just trust Dan (MrSpeakers) that he has put a lot of time and care in creating a good...
