Tidal Lossless Streaming
I'd agree. I listen on both my home stereo and my IEMs on my phone. I've got a fairly good ear. I'd say there are differences in quality. Perhaps. I think it's a cost benefit. I get a discount because I'm in the third man record "vault" service. For $20/month I think it's a good deal. The... -

Recommendations?
so i've been into headphones since i was a tyke. 36 now. i generally listen to IEMs (shure 215,535) but i also love my Grado RS 1s and my SR80s. i use a pono as my source 50% of the time and the other 50% i use a Little Dot MK3 tube headphone amp. i'm looking to start the process of researching...- roggae

The Pono Player Impressions Thread
i'd agree with a lot of what i've read here. the GUI on OSX is garbge, the sound is DOPE, and the shape of the player can be good or bad. it's not going to be taking to many bike rides with me this summer. anyway currently using my shure SE535s and wondered what y'all thought bout this...- roggae

Fake Shure SE535 earphones
I recently purchased a pair of SE 525s from another head fi'er and wasn't blown with the sound I was getting. Just compared them to a pair in the store and feel the ones in the store had richer bass and clearer highs. I paid using paypal. What do you guys think I should do?- roggae

Pure i20 power supply question
Enjoying my i20 but recently the power supply has been making weird noises. The noise is a like a super high pitched hum which happens totally independent of the dock. Once I unplug the wall wort it goes away. I'm thinking I need to replace it. Since I'm in the market I thought I'd ask around...- roggae

Pure i-20 iPod/iPhone Dock as a DAC
The noise is actually coming from the power source. If I unplug the i20 the power source continues to make the noise. If I unplug the power pack it stops. Very strange.- roggae

Pure i-20 iPod/iPhone Dock as a DAC
Im still of the opinion that its a pretty good dac for $99. The vdac which is $299 is much superior but much more $$. Even though the i20 works with the touch and iphone it is still susceptible to interference. I would say though its pretty minimal and does not disqualify it from beimg a worthy...- roggae
