I have a balanced cable for my P1s on order to pair with my Theorem 720, will report back after burn in, etc.   Not sure what to expect as someone pointed out earlier in the thread that the designers were not intending for the P1 to be used with balanced cables; we'll just have to see!

I have the Asguard2/1st gen combination and you won't be disappointed!. High quality recordings are essential to get what everyone is raving about, other than that you can just focus on getting lost in the music. I replaced the stock cable with a Lavricable and never looked back.

  I think all the usual suspects will make the H6 V1 sound better to phenomenal.  I prefer the Theorem 720 I own, but have also had great results listening to my H6 V1 on the Chord Mojo and the TEAC HA-P50 amp/DAC combos.     I quit trying to listen to just my iPod as it was too frustrating...

I tried both, and it was really, really close. They are both "swiss army knives" in that they are good enough to be used both as portables and as dedicated DAC components in a quality desktop set up. I really think the SQ of the Theorem for vocals and mids was slightly more crisp and detailed...

If it fits your budget, I tried both the Chord Mojo and Cypher Labs Theorem 720 with my H6s and went with the Theorem. It's a noticeable improvement to use them with an amp, you won't regret it...

Yeah, there may be a silver cable for sale on the appropriate forum here shortly :o My experience has been that if the cable is well made and has a high percentage of silver I can't tell the difference from copper after burn in; your millage may vary...

+1 on letting them burn in. Took me about 100 hours before I felt like they stopped getting better, though YMMV. I love mine for classical and jazz...

Bought the Theorem four months ago over the Hugo after spending a few hours with each. Both were excellent but liked the Theorem detail slightly better with my jazz/classical lossless grade music collection. Great pairing with my B&O H6s, slightly less so with my various middle of the road IEMs...
