P1's arrived today, ditto Mouseman above on the packaging and presentation.
 
Hooked them up my Theorem 720 and started blasting'  First impression was that the soundstage is indeed frikin' huge, second thought was that the separation and detail was even better than I expected.  I have them hooked up and burning in as we speak, will report back after a couple of days.
 
Probably going to do some preventative supergluing as well; I will be highly irritated if they start to unravel!

Which part of the cable do you apply superglue? Where the MMCX connectors are?

That's what I'm thinking...stop the unraveling before it starts and you shouldn't need to do anything about the middle sections???
 
Plan B would be a tiny ring of heat shrink tubing in the appropriate color...

Ibasso DX80 (high gain) + Meeaudio Pinnacle P1 = Soundstage and details for days. A true high fidelity experience that needs to be heard to understand.

Haven't received My P1's just yet but it looks like I'll need a small amp to go with my LG G4, which is what I will be using for music at work. Unless I get a DAP.
 
Any recommendations? Looking for something less than $150. Fiio is on my radar right now for either an amp or even for a DAP (the M3).

DX80 is very nice DAP and I still consider buying it but for now testing Aune M2. Their B1 was fantastic device.

The part of the cable coming out of the plastic sheath, connection end. That is where I am Supergluing mine.
