You might want to try ibasso d-zero mk2.. it can be used as external dac from a phone, But if I'm not mistaken, it cannot be used as DAC only as it doesn't have line output... 

Hello, I don't know whether it's proper or not asking this question in this thread,   I currently own a pair of JH5, and thinking of buying another pair of CIEM as an upgrade. Is there any CIEM that has the same sound signature like JH5 but with better quality?

 I use ocharaku's spinfit tips with RHA MA750, it gives a good seal and comfort.
