I bought them from amazon last week and I've run into a bit of an issue - the earpads are very small and actually hurt to use over ear. For now I'm just use them as supra aural, sitting on my (apparently) large ears. Any other CAL! owners using them like this?

I've tried every major format out there... MP3 of all types, AAC and OGG AAC i didn't like at all (i only use the higher quality versions) MP3 is nice for it's size but it's still not cd quality I like OGG above the others (just a personal preference) but nevertheless... still not cd...

Let's say that i owned a MZ-N707 and an unpowered mic. Now i've heard that the mic input on the 707 really sucks. So my question is would it be possible to route the mic through a portable headphone amp (super mini) to the regular line in without burning anything out?
