Perhaps 2 separate amps for the Denons/Senns would be the better (although hardly the most ideal) option then?  Anyone have any more insight on how the Melos SHA-1 would fare?

Hey all,   I currently have a Head Direct Hifiman EF2 feeding my HD600s and D2000s, and it actually does a remarkable job of driving both headphones well (despite the huge impedance difference).  The really intriguing thing is that the EF2 has different effects on both cans-with the D2000s...

I'm looking for a new headband pad+earpads for my HD600s.  If anyone has an extra set, please let me know-mine have completely collapsed and are in desperate need of replacing.

Wow they look stunning!  The Jena cable is really good looking.  I actually had a similar cable made up for mine, with slightly frostier tubing (looks a little less pink)

How do your cups look in comparison to the pictures on his website?  Are they just as good looking or inferior? Obviously grain pattern will differ slightly but I'm more concerned with the fit and finish of the cups.

LA7000           Getting my D2000s done up like these.  Cable is done (almost identical to pic-terminated w/ furutech fp704), now to choose the right wood for the cups.

Hifiman EF2 has excellent synergy with the D2000s.  Highly recommended. 

Denon D2000s.  Tried everything under $500 and then came back to these-simply unbeatable IMO
