I don't know if it's still a valid price, but yesterday I bought a pair of Audio-Technica ATH-A900Xs from buydig for $129.00 via their ebay store.  If that's still live, they are probably the best value at that price point.  Unfortunately it's not a valid price on amazon.

In actuality, for the difference in quality, I'm thinking that was a pretty good decision if you like your headphones and are intent upon keeping them.  Actual leather beats pleather any day of the week.

Well, you could always step up to the $100.00 W5000 replacement pads. :lol:

Been enjoying the new Slayer effort, World Painted Blood, today. Nice mixture of a bit of this and a bit of that from their past efforts. Maybe perhaps most reminiscent of Seasons, but also with a bit of Reign as well. Worth checking out for fans.

Picked up Torchlight this past week. It's a diablo clone from some of the makers of games like Diablo, Diablo 2, Hellgate: London, Mythos and Fate. It's good for a single player dungeon crawler firmly in the mold of Diablo, with some of the pet functionality of Fate. I'd give it a 4 out of 5...

Recently picked up Negură Bunget - 'n Crugu Bradului and Om. Wasn't too sure how I felt about the band's sound initially after I had picked up the box set a while back, but after repeated plays, they've become favorites of mine. So far enjoying the two new acquisitions as well.
