Just stated reading/looking through this book. Kevin Cummins has been taking some of the most iconic pictures from the Manchester music scene for the last 40 years.

This book is a must for anyone with the slightest interest in the Manchester scene, best of all it's half price now on Amazon.co.uk.

It seems I read more than most posters to this thread

As a student and news-paper junky it's a bit hard to find time for a good novel.
Luckily especially the book in microbiology is well written and interesting.

On my nightstand however I have this little gem

It's a collecton of short stories and poems written by different people inspired by the works of Joseph Cornell, edited by J.S. Foer.
