How are the overall sound-quality? Louder than the Z3?

So today I finally received the IM50 from Cdjapan, and what a nice surprise! They added a free ATH carrying case to the order. First impressions is that this is a good headset. And can't wait to see what the lunashops silver plated wire can do to the sound. :)

Hate FedEx... Was promised 3 days delivery, more like 12.. Sucks when you pay a shot load for express shipping.

I was impatient and ordered the ATH IM50 from cdjapan instead with FedEx Shipping. Hopefully it will be here by next week. I figured the difference in sound might not be worth twice the price and I will just invest in a real good silver plated wire instead :)

So I'm frankly quite upset with accessoryjack at this point. Ordered the ATH IM70s from them a while back,and got a mail saying they were out of stock and wouldn't get any more ATH IM70s in stock... I will get a refund but this sucks.. Anyways I need to find somewhere else to buy these...

  Unfortunately I can't get a hold of a ATH IM70 that ships to Norway. Only one I can find is the IM50. I've looked a little bit different places, like ebay, amazon and cdjapan. You know anywhere else to shop? Or do you know of any headset as good as the IM70 for the price?

  Classical, Rock, Sinatra-style, hip-hop, techno everything except opera and metal.

So which genres are good for the IM50?

  The RE-600  is twice the price of the IM70's though.

So which Comply Tips are you currently using, and which gives you the best "sound". Please let us know. For me I have not tried any of them, but are planning on buying some for the ATH IM50. I don't know which ones to get. Do you prefer S, T, TS, TX or the TSX?  

So I'm having my E07K DAC connected to my iMac. Recently I've started hearing a clicking noise that is constant, it clicks every half second, very annoying. Anyone know what this might be???
