If I use a Micro USB Adapter between an iPod classic and a HIF-M8 LX, will that work? 

It seems like the Theorem 720 DAC only has a USB input. It doesn't have a line in or optical in, does it?

Does PHA-2 enough to drive LCD-2? I am still struggling between  hifi-m8 + D100 and PHA-2, because I want to play DSD but not sure about the amp of pha-2.   I've read a review online said that the PHA-2 performs quite well with LCD-3, but that's the only article I can find now. 

Therefor, PHA-1 should be more than enough to drive the HD650 and HE-500, right?   But specs are one thing, and performance is another. Did you use PHA-1 to drive any of those tough headphones?

I'm looking for a portable system for HD650/800. I was considering HIFIMAN 901, but it's out of stock in Japan for quite a while. Besides, as a portable player, it seems like 901 is still not very enough for HD650.   I was suggested to try HIFI-M8, but still, it's not available in both Japan...
