Hey everyone! I have a pair of House of Marley Rebel Headphones, and was thinking of getting a pair of AKG K 240; anyway, I was wondering what would be the best way to eliminate the hiss that I hear when I have my phones plugged into my laptop, and doing so hopefully under $50.00 any ideas?

So I want to upgrade from my pioneer steez and was looking at getting on of the sets I mention in the title. I know I like clear sharp sound but great bass too....sot which should I get?

Along the same lines as my other thread about shelf systems, I am looking for a system that has at least a 3.5mm connection and here is the clencher....about the size of a Bose Wave System...but for less...like about $200 max...any ideas?

  I plan to use them mainly at home, from a laptop computer or desktop, and for now, I am not using an amp. I would prefer for my music not to be heard by others around me but if it "leaks" a tad, its ok. I listen to everything from Barry Manilow to Atreyu, from Cirque du Soliel to Dean Martin...

I let my little sister, who is 15 years old, listen to my Pioneer Steez; she thinks her generic $5 earbuds are just great...she did not think my steez were any better. She stinks lol
