Going fully Wireless IEMs. Too soon? Or are we there yet?
I think you nailed it your review. I've had a set of these for a month now and they are my favorites by far. Love the clean, crisp sound and "openness". The bass from the large drivers is exceptional if you get a good fit. I bought some silicone earhooks for Airpods and they fit the...- Borghi

Hidizs Sonata HD DAC cable - new tiny and mighty DAC&
It is my understanding that Tidal MQA files should play back on any DAC (but at a lower quality). I tried the RAZER DAC and the Essential DAC and the MQA files play fine on both of these. I plug in the Hidizs, and I get the same loud distorted sound from one channel. Here is an article that...- Borghi

Hidizs Sonata HD DAC cable - new tiny and mighty DAC&
I am trying to get the DAC working with my phone (Essential PH1) and Tidal Music player. I have a subscription to the high resolution option and cannot get any file to play through the DAC when I have the Tidal app set to Master or HiFi audio quality. The sound comes through only one side and...- Borghi

FiiO E11 & E11K & A3 Information + Support
Just purchased the E11 to complement my Grado SR80i and Sony V6 headphones. I also have the line level adapter for my various Apple devices (definitely a MUST). So far, I am really loving the amp. The E11 case seems very fragile and looks like it will get dented up/scratched easily. Anyone...- Borghi

Getting line level output from Android phone
After hearing how much better my Ipod Touch sounded using the dock connector output I am wondering how I can get a "line level" output from my Atrix 2. Any ideas??- Borghi

How comfortable are the Sony MDR v6
I decided to return the Beyer velour pads. Even though the feel was nice compared to the Sony "pleather", the smaller earhole made them more uncomfortable for me. I ordered the Auray sheepskin leather pads and will have them on Friday. I'll let everyone know how they compare in size and...- Borghi

Oval velour replacement pads for V6, ATH-M30, Shure SRH
It would be great if we could get people to add the physical dimensions of the various pads to their posts. I measured the ear opening (holes) in the Beyer pads and they were 1/4" less in height and 1/8" less in width than the stock Sony pads. I didn't measure the outside height or width and...- Borghi

Oval velour replacement pads for V6, ATH-M30, Shure SRH
My experience with the DT 250 velour pads was that they INCREASED low frequencies and dampened high frequencies. I ended up returning the pads because they were more uncomfortable in size (ear opening) than the stock pads. People may get different experiences with the frequency response...- Borghi

Sony MDR-V6 (and family) Impressions Thread
The outside diameter of the Beyer pads is larger, but the opening for the ear is SMALLER than the stock SONY. I just got mine and I am very disappointed as I wanted something with a larger earhole than the stock. See my post under V6 comfort for more details.- Borghi

How comfortable are the Sony MDR v6
I purchased the Sony V6 about 2 weeks ago from B&H. I wanted a closed circumaural headphone that sounded good. Based on many reviews I read, it was these or the ATH M50. I decided on these because I read that they were more neutral, which is what I wanted. I was never told I have big...- Borghi

Koss PortaPro ComfortZone Setting
Do the "temporal" pads rest on anyone's head? There is a gap of about 1/4" between my head and the pads no matter how I adjust the headphones. I think I have a pretty "normal" shaped head. It seems to me that the design of the pads is flaky at best. Comments??- Borghi
