Chinese / Asian Brand Info Thread (Headphones, IEMs, Amps, DACs)

Name of the store on the site is Shenzhen, which is a known site. However, if you take a look at their own site they don't stock those, so maybe you should be careful.    Just speculating though, if somebody has personal experience you should listen to them!

Mochill, would you say that the ed3 are as worthy as the tenores if you consider the pricing?

When I try to order from Amazon JP to Sweden it says that the items cannot be shipped to the selected adress. Why?

Which ones do you prefer? Considering both of them. Also, is the silver cable better? The mic could come handy for me (will use my phone as source), so ideally the normal cable should be good as well...

So, Tenores vs KC06a vs DM2?

Wow, that really sounds interesting. They have a version with a mic as well, which is a big plus for me. However, that version had a totally different cable.   Does that mean that there will be any difference in sound? Or am I good to go with the mic version?

Wait, there are two versions? :D   What is the difference? The name suggests they are very similar, but is there any significant difference?    Also, where can i get them? Don't find them on ebay.

Just popping in again. Decided for the kc06, but before I pull the trigger I want to know the difference between them and my current IEMs.    I have previously owned the AT CKM 500s, which were okay but they were too sharp sounding in my opinion. The treble really hurt my ears unless I played...

Great, will be using them with my phone and I don't think I want to lug an amp around. Will settle for the ostry then.

And they are to prefer over the ostry ones?

    The discovery thread!

Hahah okay! :D So the name of the ones to get is ostry kc06 havi b3, which is an old version?   Or are havi b3 the same but with older branding? Didn't understand that part lol

Hi, just popping in to ask a question. Not very active on this forum, just glancing at this thread once in a while to see what IEMs I should consider getting.    I am in the market for something cheap that is ridiculously good for the price, which ones are the current ones to get?

Quote: Thanks for the quick reply. I am going to buy some, how many do you recommend getting? I heard that they wear out quite quickly, but a package of 3 should be sufficient for testing purposes, am I right? Are there any other equally good ones that I should try as well?

Hi, I have the AT ckm500, and I need new tips for them. Firstly, the default ones cause a little bit of fatigue after a while, and secondly they don't provide enough isolation.    What tips would be best? I heard that the auvio hybrid tips were great, but I can't find them anymore. It seems...

Quote: I looked for Auvio hybrid tips, but they don't sell them at radioshack anymore. They only have silicone ones now, are those good as well? Or should I look for something else instead? If so, what?

Hi guys!   I've had these for a while, and they are now fully burned in and I like them a lot.    One problem I have though is that their isolation is mediocre which results in loss of bass when there's a lot of stuff going on in the background (which it often does when I use my...

Quote: Ok thanks, I tried the larger size tips that came with them but they were too large so I couldnt get them in my ear. :) I will look up nozzle tip.   I read that you can play white noise pink noise for burn in, is this good and better than play my music?

Hello guys!   I received my pair of these yesterday, and I have been listening to them for a good couple of hours now. I know it is not enough for them to be fully burnt in, but I don't think my problems are of the kind that goes away with burning in (I would be glad if you could tell me I'm...
