Did you order a custom build? Perhaps Wieslaw is waiting on parts? It is not hard to keep the customer in the loop. Build progress photos and regular emails would help alleviate buyer's anxiety. Realistic delivery estimates also help. :rolling_eyes:

Wieslaw is filing a claim. I hate it when post/shipping goes wrong - everyone loses. There is still some hope that it may be found. I've had parcels go on incredible "holidays" before finally arriving at their destination. :fingers_crossed:

Poczta Polska is the only tracking information I can get. The tracking number only appears as Pending with Australia Post as it is now over 2 months old.

I noted the option in one of your posts. €80 is a lot to spend on a potentiometer upgrade. I trust Wieslaw‘s selection of the Alps Blue as the baseline.
