Hey guys, those of you with CIEMs. How easily do them go into your ears and how easily can you take them out. Lets put it this way, I'm sitting here at my desk at work and when someone needs to tell me something I just pop them right out and slap em right back in.

With either a sock or something else? I prefer the G cush and was wondering if anyone has modded it to be more comfortable. I've seen sock mods with the stock 325is pads but none with the G cush
