I have a Apex Glacier Amp/DAC in good working condition. It comes with thr micro USB to micro USB cable from TTVJ. You get what is pictured.

So the cables are all about equally microphonic?

Looking for something in the $300 range that has the least microphonic cable. I walk around all day and don't want a bunch of noise coming through the cable. Any help would be appreciated.

Should I use the same size hard drive or can I use a larger one?

I think my hard drive has crapped out in my X5--keep getting a cyclic redundancy error when I copy files. Any idea how to replace the hard drive and place to find a replacement?

I'm not sure about the soundcard, it's a cheaper dell unit. The DAC is a Ack! Dack!, which can accept a 24/96 signal.

Where are the number of bits being used and the dithering option located in foobar? The correct device is selected, and I'll up the priority.

If the flac files are corrupt, would they work without ASIO and on my MP3 player and sound fine?

I meant it plays without any issues. Not that it's perfect audio.

I just started using ASIO with Foobar. When I play my FLAC files the sound is all garbled and slowed down. WHen I play WAV files it sounds perfect. When I play the FLAC files w/o using ASIO the sound perfect. Any ideas?

Does anyone record internet radio programs and listen to them later like Al Franken, or Howard Stern in a couple weeks? If so, what program do you use?
