Quote: Yes, I get constant hiss, humming and pops and klicks :( It's very annoying on my HTC one S. Seemed much better on my friend's iPhone 4(cellphone), but I didn't listen for so long. Not noticed it when unplugged though... Cheers!- lovleylady

PS1000 Impressions Thread
Quote: Agree, but it's sort of fun to "style" them up a bit now. They feel like new again =) Also, in my opinion, the HD800s felt kind of cheap and science-fiction-like to me. The PS-1000s have a more exclusive, vintage quality to me, which I like(not always). Cheers!- lovleylady

Quote: No more slipping! =) I suppose the custom parts could be a few grams heavier but notthing noticable. The headband is so much more comfortable so it wouldn't be an issue anyway. Cheers!- lovleylady

BEST solution for airplane (JH13Pro custom vs FitEar universal), money is no object but sound quality, comfort, and lastly portability are
Quote: That is LOUD, don't do that. Seriously, don't! I'd never go over 50% on an iphone with my JH16. On my HTC I typically listen around 25-40%. The iphone is much better (SQ-wise) than the HTC, which is actually quite awful. I'd really recommend a CIEM for portable...- lovleylady

Quote: I can understand that, do you only use them for portable use? What phone do you use? I have the HTC One S and I'm very unhappy with that combination. I get a constant hum, and when I touch the screen or buttons I get distortion in form of pops and clicks. Another problem is...- lovleylady

You wrap them around the IEM like this: My left ear canal isn't deep enough so the wrap didn't fit my left IEMs. Couldn't get it in properly with the wrap on. On the right one it was quite comfy, didn't percive any sonic changes. Cheers!- lovleylady

That's a bummer klipschman70. I have pleanty of bass, sometimes to much perhaps. Maybe the wraps isn't a good idea for me then. You should refit yours until you get it right. Cheers!- lovleylady

Quote: For me, the problem with the weight isn't that it's hard for the neck to support it or something like that, it's just that the weight is hard on the skull. This can be fixed by changing the headband, once that's done, they are not to heavy anymore. Quote: Is it a good or...- lovleylady
