Indeed I´m almost sure that ear wax stuffed down the tubes must be the reason, as I´ve never heard of wear of JH earphones. By the way: both sides sound equally stuffed.

So there must be running something in the background. The problem occurs with the lasr two firmware updates incl. fact. reset.

So if after a while of waiting for response I consider to send my unit back for replacement, as it looks like my problem is on my individual unit.

No, I did not do so, but this cannot be a solution as the roblem is not within poweramp alone. Must be some sort of conflict between whatever and whatelse...  

I forgot to say that I´m using the latest firmware (1.2.3) on a DX100 from the third batch.  

Sorry to ask such a question after 500 or so pages on the DX100, but I could not find anything about my problem there:   music playback is sometimes interrupted for 1/10 sec or so. This happens in Poweramp and in the proprietary music app alike. After a while the interrupts happen less...

Could you not get it repaired?

Having the JH16 pro a few months now, I suddenly recognized the left piece being a lot quieter than the right one. I cleaned it to no avail. Let them lie for a week: both went well for an hour, then the left failed again. Now I´ve sent them to our german dealer (mp4audio), who will resend them...

Did so, but glitches remain. I have the latest firmware and a 64GB Card mounted (properly formatted, of course). Should I uninstall some stuff? So far I´m rather helpless...  

Maybe a silly question:   When listening to music (through poweramp or standard player) I get interruptions (glitches) here and then at unpredictable intervals. Sometimes music plays constantly, too.   Looks like there are other processes occupying the CPU sometimes. Can this be stopped...

Can I stop these things in the background?  

I experience frequent glitches while playing music (using standard player or poweramp). Does anybody know what causes this?  

As PowerAmp still does not work with any of the last firmware updates:   any idea, when iBasso might release a bug-fix for this?   Or has anyone found a workaround yet?

I have a big problem locating a special song within a vast library: Showing the "folder" listing in poweramp, I´m presented with numerous entries called "Disk1", "Disk2" and so on, as many imports are organized that way. But I do not want to see all "Disk1", then all "Disk2" of different albums...

For example poweramp is completely broken in x.6 and x.7.  

Even the latest firmware does not resolve the poweramp problem.
