I use Westone's Deluxe Monitor Case (http://www.westone.com/products/Custom%20Fit%20Pro%20Audio/Deluxe%20Monitor%20Case), which comes with a desiccant to get rid of moisture for long-term storage. When I carry custom IEM's for daily use I use the TF10 metal case.

It's interesting that several people had fit issues with the right earpiece only...I'm also one of them. While both earpieces were a bit snug (or I may just not be used to the fit), the right earpiece did cause significant pain when inserting it into the ear. The very tip somehow didn't align...
