IEM Cases

What about customs? Most of these wouldn't work. I am using the soft case that came with my Ety's but would like a better solution. The UE metal box is OK, but the top comes off if it is jostled in your pocket or bag.

I use this:

And my IEMS are in great shape.

I use a 9cm plastic container  with a screw top that cost $1.25 at the local $2 store.

To store my IEMs I place them in my palm and loosely wrap the cable around my hand then slide the cable off and put it in the container with the IEMs in the bottom.  With a little care they come out with no tangles.

Not pretty but functional.

I like the Shure cases (from Amazon), the metal UE cases, the Westone fabric hard-case, the Westone monitor vault and recently the Brainwavz cases from MP4nation:

My absolute favorite is the 2-compartment soft case that comes with the Phonak Audeo PFE232 & 132. I haven't found them for sale seperately.

I have the following iem cases which I bought from taobao (online market here in China) for less than a dollar each. I used them to house my cheap IEMs.

But the case i use to put my favorite iems is a UE hard plastic case which looks like a jewelry case but better. The inside is surrounded with  non slip silicon like material. I bought them for only 2 USD each. The case is build like a tank that you might think that it is used for a CIEM.

Where did you find them at $2 each?
