I am running into same problem. Similarly, Fiio is not replying. Is there any compatible battery we can use? Or any LiPo that match the voltage will do?

Recabled my ER4 to 2.5mm balanced some time ago, bought Fiio CL-06 together with Q5S, thinking I will have a formidable walk-around set up with my MI A1. But.... turns out CL-06 cannot coexists with 2.5mm balanced cable. Sigh...........

Just got my M5 and have been using it for an hour. Preliminary observation - Currently using folder browsing to play songs. Every time after power up, M5 wont be able to recognize micro SD card. Need to manually remove the card and reinsert, wait for 5 seconds, then the device can recognize it...

from the spec itself, should we expect M11 to have better sonic quality compared to Q5/Q5s? specifically about detail and instrument separation etc

I am using Windows 10 on a Dell Vostro 3400. Installed the official DAC driver and it reported "failed". Obviously it doesnt work as a USB DAC. Any suggestion what i can do?
