i pulled the trigger on the fx700 like mentioned here.   work is being good to me and have some funds.   do the jvc 700 benefit from a portable amp. i have my eyes on a shadow currently with a nice lod.   or should i just go get my 200th tattoo with the money.

had everything from 80I, 225I. 325IS and HF-2     nothing else is like grados.

grado 325i for the heavy metal music.

maybe try a m50, or d2000. i personally loved my metal with 325I

i will never go higher up the chain than this. as i like bass and edge to my cans, no need for the refinement of anything higher. i just hear the bass on these is killer and trumps the 325i.
