reading the feedback here it seems the opinion on the bass is a little mixed, would these be helped if used with the e5?

I did a battery test today, i left my S:Flo2 to charge overnight and then i used it all day (well not always in my ear, but left playing when i was at my desk at work), i got more than 8 hours, it did stop at about 11 hours. All my music were mp3 320kbps and the volume was set to about 3/4.

Is that a fancy banana stand? It never occurred to me that you could use something like a banana stand as a headphone stand.

Well i will give my impressions. I got my S:FLo2 on Monday, i borrowed a pair of IE8's and have been using them with this. The sound is just amazing, this is the best sounding player i have every owned. I can't really say how they compare to other quality sounding players like the Cowon D2...
