I got them 3 months back from an authorized Westone reseller. These came with 2 years warranty. I'm going to contact Westone later in the day.

Having read the customer experiences with Logitech support I have no doubt on their service and warranty. Unfortunately, I'm in India and I'm not sure if they would provide the same kind and quality of support over there. Otherwise I probably would not have cared so much about the quality issues...
