Where to get C710?
I got my C710 from B&H, and while they do appear to ship to Israel, there are two problems. They are out of stock at the moment and while the price is $100US, after shipping they would be $146US+. On a side note, is a shipping rate of $46+ for sending something the size of a standard IEM...- penguin121

I have my hands ON the Sony X1000 Walkman - Impressions / Discussions
Haven't had a chance to compare a new X to a used X, but I don't think that sound quality of the X improves after 200+ hours. However, you might like its sound more after you get used to it, say from listening to it for 200+ hours.- penguin121

Audiophile FUSES???
So if power cords and fuses affect the sound, what about all of the much longer runs of wiring behind wall, and all the way back to the power station for that matter? I have yet to read about anyone rewiring their house with "audiophile" grade wiring, so chances are it is still standard copper... -

C710 and amp??
The C710 are very sensitive and easy to drive to begin with so I hadn't really even considered amping them. I did do some quick amped/unamped listening comparisons nonetheless and didn't really notice any improvement. It was only a quick comparison, but if there are any benefits for the C710...- penguin121
