Fostex HP-A8 DAC/Amp and other Fostex gear
Hey all. I've got a chance to nab the HP-A8 for under $600 in Japan. Exchange rate is real good atm for usd to yen xchange. I've just got one question for HP-A8 owners. Is there a noticeable delay from digital input to headphone output? I've got a DAC currently but using it to play games...- Mobius

Are you absolutely sure you removed and uninstalled the old drivers and installed 1.0 drivers? The 1.0 drivers should not give back a signature error. At least not in windows 7. Windows 8 may be different but i'm not entirely sure.- Mobius

Rockbox for iBasso DX50 dual boot with stock firmware
Hello cholero, You posted a while back that the DX50 RB may not be able to get an official release. Is this still true? Also is there any conceivable way that the DAC functionality could be implemented into RB? Thanks for all your work by the way, been using the previous version for...- Mobius

Rockbox for iBasso DX50 dual boot with stock firmware
Sorry for the late reply. You were right, after rebooting the settings took place in the Files menu as well. I kept rebooting after setting the touchscreen mode back to exact since i didn't think a reboot would really change anything.- Mobius

It's not ideal but i use Rockbox for general music playback when out of the house. And at home i use the stock OS for DAC functionality for PC playback. Other then that, if they could perfect the gapless playback i'd have no reason to have Rockbox. ...well almost no reason...- Mobius

Testing out the 1.0 DAC drivers and they work fine finally on my Windows 7 64 bit. Volume is controlled though the DX50. Theres a slight delay that i was afraid of but its not disastrously bad. About 0.25 seconds or so. Though when i set the output to 24/192 the delay gets appreciably...- Mobius

Rockbox for iBasso DX50 dual boot with stock firmware
I use the Redux theme as well, but only in the WPS. The bars on the outside take up way too much space imo. Also I want to use 3x3 mode but the mode switches back to "exact" mode whenever i go into the Files menu. is this normal or regular for the Android port of Rockbox?- Mobius

Mine was in Files -> /mnt/external_sdcard for the microsSD slot. And /mnt/sdcard for the internal 8gb memory. You can also set up shortcuts to the RockBox main menu screen on the bottom to make it easier to go back to that folder.- Mobius

Does gapless work 100% in Mango for anyone? Most of the time its seamless but sometimes i hear the tiniest click or pop, and other times when it's transitioning with a beat it very very slightly gets off beat and throws me out of the groove. Yet my Sansa E200 from '06 with rockbox does...- Mobius

Rockbox for iBasso DX50 dual boot with stock firmware
Ive been searching a bit here and there but i havent really been able to fine a concrete answer. I just installed Rockbox on my DX 50 and there doesn't seem to be a quick way to switch between the two OS's? When i first rebooted for the first time right after installing, i got a screen with...- Mobius

Hello everybody, thought i'd register here to get some advise because $80+ are at stake. Anywhom, could anyone with A/T ATH-AD700 headphones measure the length from each earfoam to earfoam, across from each other, inside, while they are parallel?
