Another possibility I've been looking in to, is the etymotic er-4p. I think that I'm honestly just done with "uber" bass. I listen to a lot of metal and classic rock mainly. I also am an inspiring DJ (so I listen to electronic music too) and might want something I can mix with better.

How would the Koss Pro DJ 100 compare to the Denon ah-d1001k's?

I was looking at the Denon ah-d1001k's I found them for $60 refurbished with manufacturers warranty I was thinking that those might be better that any of those listed in that list for my price range.
