Tried medium and large. I use large with the regular ear hooks and they're just right. Sadly, with either size, the new style hooks just don't work for me.

I'm a bit dubious to trust reviews from retailers. Yup, with a good EQ set up, you can have them sounding great. isines are really responsive to various EQ tuning.

Indeed. I like the look of the i3 and would upgrade from my Isine20s if I felt the extra cost is justified. The magnesium shell looks nicer than the plastic Isines. But I really love the sound of the Isines, so it has to be a significant sound improvement for me to pull the trigger.
