they have been going strong for around 8 (many) years.  not worried about them. 

I still have the following and love them as much as the day i got them:   MPX3-SLAM: HD/650's never leave this amp. PPX3-6SN7: Jensen PIO capacitor upgrade, Power Supply Upgrade. (I ordered this amp directly from SP. HD595/120's never leave it.   Makes me sad that Mihail screwed up so bad...

LOL, been on here long enough to know that it seems every 6-9 months or so there is a new king or two on this forum.  Love these threads.....  Last King I bought was the HD650's... And to me they are still just great...

LOL buy a decent tube amp and the SA5K and you will be set.

been reading this thread for awhile.   Will still love my SA5k's and be very happy....

seriously...  the SA5K's for the current monies are a steal.....    no matter how good the new ones are.

all have to say is at 200+ or less, these are a MAJOR steal.  Hands down one of the most detailed cans you can buy....
