Need two recommendations -- a cheap/budget set of headphones and a midrange ($300ish?) for gaming only (no mic needed)

Well nobody in my household would buy beats :) He appreciates good gaming sound, and plays overwatch and Roblox etc, so want him a pair of cans that is decent for the money.

Best gaming headset -- I have an amplifier, budget of less than $500

Hi all, I currently have the Beyerdynamic DT990s plugged into a GOXLR amplifier and they are great. However, my son damaged his headphones and it gives me an opportunity to upgrade my own and give him these. I already have the amplifier, and on the high end budget is $500 (though I'm not...

Need new cans.. closed, comfortable, keeps outside noise out, and lightweight?

I have a pair of HD 280 Pros which I have liked for a long time, but now that my kids got their hand on it they are broke!   Admittedly, they are heavy on my head which is a huge annoyance, and the cord is so long I can't wind it up or hide it. I'd prefer detachable cables, so that I can...
