Best Porcupine Tree Studio Album?
Seeing as In Absentia was the beginning of the end for the good era of PT, I can't go with anything IA or later. With IA they started incorporating modern rock and metal sounds and just started sounding rather bland and emotionally shallow. I'll have to go with Stupid Dream. -

Foobar "Could not update tags"
Sounds like you're using some component (something to do with playback statistics or somesuch?) that's trying to update the tags on a stream for some daft reason.- RotAtoR

Album art on foobar
Embedded itunes album art shows up fine for me in 0.9.5.3. Have you tried using the defaultui? I'm not sure if columnsui or panelsui are able read embedded album art.- RotAtoR

How to make Foobar2000 to re-read id3 tags?
Try right click Tagging -> Reload info from file(s). Rescan media library should have picked up any changes, so I suspect that those tags are really still there.- RotAtoR

A problem with Foobar is driving me crazy!! Please help.
The WAV and AIFF file formats themselves don't support tags. If you want tags you should convert to some lossless format like FLAC.- RotAtoR
