I will admit something here... I am surprised at how excited I am for the problems to be fixed, solely because it will mean that the housing of the PFE will match the SOUND of the PFE. I want the "whole package" to be perfect; so while nothing is really wrong with the sound of my unit (yet)...

Woo Hoo! Just got my PFE's and I love them. They are much more comfortable and better sounding than my old (and cracking) Shure E2C's. I think the Shure's have conditioned my ears to like the Black filters over the Grey.
