Don't know in which country you are from, but by most nordic countries who has audeze retailer rights, they should be able to RMA headphone for you for almost no question asked if they have one in stock...

You can connect in Two ways, either bluetooth or Dongle. So it works with wireless dongled and BT. Suggest you to use dongle though if you have Playstation edition and plays on Ps5.

Compared to Penrose, maxwell is working sooooo much better already haha! Also maxwell sounds imo better overall than Penrose too. All though issues at first batch is to b expected but this isn't even anything near what Penrose had. About sound bug, i think it was something with Mix amp bugging...

Lucky you! Unfortunately this is only unit in my nearest store. So i can't replace it until there is a new batch!

Just got mine unit, headset have channel imbalance which is a bummer :/ Otherwise first impression of sound is stunning! Sound like as planar should.

One of the main reason for me not sticking with penrose is background noise floor, has this issue been addressed? Because as an audiophile product, this issue should be fixed as standard and is not acceptable to have annoying noise floor in the background or wooshing like in penrose!
