Westone 3 vs Shure SE 530 vs Westone UM3X

just want to share my own experience. The W3 always sound "warm" to me (though not muddy). The UM3X can be warm when the song is warm (have bass, mid bass etc...), and they can also be neutral, sometimes cold and detailed, if that's what the song meant to be. imho, in those 3, um3x is the...

    Cellphone with good camera?

Sony Ericsson C905 and K850i have that. Led for video & focus, xenon for taking picture. The only camera phone I think is better than C905 is samsung P850, only 3.2mp, but no noise at all. great

    Earbud Choice for Cowon D2

all of those benefit from amping, but with the D2, it should be fine unamped. OK1,2 have better mid/high, while PK1 have better bass imo, I like the PK1 better, because it's good in everything

Is W3 the first 3-way IEM or is UE triple.fi

afaik, 3-way mean 3 driver in 3 seperate room, going out from 3 way, and meet at a *crossroad*, and then go out of the tube (pardon my bad english). moreover, UE does not say the mid driver is a dedicated driver, and I have read somewhere, sometime in this forum, that the mid driver is the same...

    IE7 vs TF10

low & mid of tf is the 2 same driver, in w3's case, each driver is tuned to its own frequency range. and w3 is the only universal iem that have 3-way crossover. Quote: Noobies stop spewing misinformation. the misinformation he talked about is this Quote: More drivers =...

    A Word on IEM Packaging...

I agree with the OP, it's a waste for flashy packaging. I like the way of Yuin, their package is simple, and effective. I did not throw away anything of their packet, they all have their use : A wooden box for storing, a small hard plastic box to take the earphone with you. that's all. and...
