I'm new to AK and just got the Alpha. It skips couple songs from one of my album says "unplayable...". I go back to folder and click on those songs then the player freeze. I have to restart the Alpha. I format microSD card in player, copy songs again, same problem, copy songs to internal storage...

Hi Fiio, The balance control of the X5III has very little effect. When I pull the slider to R10 or L10 the sound only reduce a little on the opposite side (which suppose to be quiet). Is that normal?
