Yep I am beginning to prefer this to poweramp too! Sound quality is better and it sounds awesome just flat equaliser. Do u equalise it?

Actually did more tests with the players and the playerpro is very good too!  It sounds better flat with no eq and the bass is better than poweramp...

Does anyone know how to increase the battery efficiency on the player?  My battery seems to drain quite fast!

ok I could not figure out the playlist thing with the stock player and have now reverted to poweramp - sounds alright with my grados :)

Just received the Z!  I find the sound similar to the J3 though and the only real difference is when I use my full size headphones and line out the device, then soundstage improves significantly.  To me, the stock player is the best as the others tend to muffle the sound in which the J3 wins in...

I wonder if people can start posting what music would sound good with the Grados?  I discovered Queen yesterday...how about Dire Straits?
